RFP for Design, Engineering for DRI Project

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Village of Tannersville is requesting proposals from engineering firms to provide design, engineering, and construction phase services for improving Village Connectivity and Trailhead/Parking Areas as part of a Downtown Revitalization Initiative Project.  The projects may be self-funded or funding for the projects may be obtained from New York State Department of State, or other funding sources as may become available.

Interested parties should contact the Village of Tannersville for a complete copy of the Request for Proposals at 518-589-5850 ext. 1 or download from our website, www.tannersvilleny.org. Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM, Thursday, February 20, 2025. Women-owned and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit responses to the RFP. Proposals are to be mailed to or dropped off to:

Please note that in person submissions are highly recommended.

A pre-submission meeting will be held on Thursday, January 30^th, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Tannersville Village Hall located at 1 Park Lane (5974 Main Street), Tannersville, NY 12485.
