Rental of Wheelchair Accessible Van/ Bus

Description:

The New York State Office Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation’s (OPRHP) is soliciting BIDS for rental of Two (2) Wheelchair Accessible Vans /Buses that fits a minimum of 12 to 15 passengers including the driver.

Rental Term: 8/19/2024-6/2/2025.

Features of the vehicle must include:

Front / Rear Air-conditioning
Non-Slip Flooring
Retractable Seat Belts
Wheelchair Tie Downs within Vehicle / Attachments
Low Entry Step / Non-Slip Flooring
LED Lighting: Door Activated
Wheelchair Ramp / Integrated into the vehicle
Automatic Operating Wheelchair Ramp Preferred
Automatic Vehicle Preferred
Gas or Diesel Fuel

Vehicle will be driven by six different OPRHP staff members.
