Swiming Pool Maintenance

The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York City Children’s Center – Bronx Campus are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Swimming Pool Maintenance at NYCCC – Bronx Campus located at 1300 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate.  Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information.  Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST.    Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance.  Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than November 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST. 

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, November 26, 2024, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on December 3, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at:  MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.

Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6%
