Pillowcases

The NYS Department of Corrections & Community Supervision is soliciting for the procurement of pillowcases. This will be used in the manufacture of clothing Statewide.  Specs are attached with this Ad.

Primary location:       Coxsackie Correctional Facility

                                      11260 Route 9W

                                      Coxsackie, NY  12051-0200

     **Delivery  location is as follows and is subject to change. **

 Average Yearly Quantity:        Pillowcases = 4,000 dz.

Minimum Quantity:                  Pillowcases = 500 dz.

Packaging Requirements:        Boxes must be palletized, not to exceed 2500 lbs. Each box labeled with quantity.  Tailgate delivery, forklift available.  

Delivery hours:                          7:30 am - 10:00am, 11:15am - 1:45pm, Monday through                                                                 Friday
