NEUTRAL FLOOR CLEANER - RAW CHEMICAL MATERIAL (WASHINGTON CFI)

To acquire formulations utilizing super concentrates or a group of chemicals which when properly combined with water, following the bidder’s formulation, will produce a finished Neutral Floor Cleaner which meet appropriate Green Seal/ Ecologo standards, and the standards adopted by NYS Office of General Services (OGS) for Industrial and Institutional cleaners.

The finished product will be manufactured at Washington Correctional Facility, Division of Industry, (Corcraft) / Industry Warehouse, Comstock, NY 12821. The formulations must be made utilizing existing equipment in the Soap Shop.
