Admissions Application & Recruitment Management System

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”), on behalf of The Division of Student Affairs/Office of Student Admissions seeks a comprehensive system that will provide recruitment and interview modules as well as the ability to manage, review, and track applications with an online paperless system for SUNY-Downstate’s five colleges/schools including all undergraduate and graduate health science programs.

The system must be user-friendly and the awarded vendor must install, implement and support the system during the term of the contract resulting here from. Additionally, the awarded vendor will be required to provide training to SUNY Downstate staff. All Mandatory and Preferred requirements and Technical Specifications are listed in the RFP.
