Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Bronx Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment, located at the Bronx Psychiatric Center, 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461.

The Program Work Plan with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 10:00am EST.

Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than November 6, 2024, at 3:00pm EST.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, November 14, 2024, by 3:00pm EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by November 21, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm EST on December 5, 2024.
