Self- Direction System Solution

Description:

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a responsive and responsible bidder to implement a cloud solution that will automate and streamline the Self-Direction process.

Self-Direction is a service model that gives people with developmental disabilities the opportunity to choose the support and staff that fit their lives.

OPWDD is seeking entities with proven success in supporting solutions for the developmentally disabled community and has experience working with agencies of comparable size to OPWDD.

Due Date: 04/01/2025 4:00 PM

Contract Term: Five years with an optional up to five-year extension.
