Description:

The Department of Health (Department) is announcing release of Request for Applications (RFA) #20333 / SFS #RRDC2025:  Regional Resource Development Centers for Combined Administration of the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion and Traumatic Brain Injury Medicaid Waivers.   The purpose of this Request for Application (RFA) is to identify and contract with qualified not-for-profit agencies as Regional Resource Development Centers (RRDC) to assist the Department with the administration of the NHTD and TBI waiver programs.  The RRDC contracts will be awarded for nine (9) regions as: single or multiple region Grantees, or a single statewide Grantee covering all New York State counties.  Applicants may apply to manage one (1) or up to nine (9) of the geographical regional areas.
