The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance intends to complete a onetime purchase under discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Procurement Guidelines with Audacy Operations Inc for the procurement of streaming and radio advertising in a targeted locality for direct file awareness.  This notice is not an open solicitation for bids or quotes and is intended solely to fulfill the requirement for giving public notice of a discretionary purchase in excess of $50,000.00.
