The Research Foundation on behalf of SUNY Oswego (RF/SUNY Oswego)

announces the availability of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for trainers and

consultants to provide training and other services to the New York State Office of

Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA). The RF/SUNY Oswego seeks to retain

qualified consultants to deliver services in the following categories: Skill Building for

Employees, Skill Building for Managers, Worker/Client Relationships, and

Specialized Topics.

To be considered, organizations or individuals must submit their qualifications online

through rfq.oswego.edu. Qualifications will be accepted on a continuous basis and
