Partial Hospitalization Programs for Children

Please be advised that the budget template in SFS is a 2-year budget template and that is the template required to be submitted with a proposal.  A 5-year budget is not required for this RFP.

The New York State Office of Mental Health announces the availability of funds for the expansion of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for children and adolescents throughout New York State. The goal of this award is to expand access to services for children with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families at a critical time in their lives which they need to thrive and remain engaged in the community. OMH intends to issue 20 awards, statewide. Of these awards, 8 will be earmarked for providers proposing serve areas with critical need due to the absence of this program type and its affiliated services. These critical need areas include the following Economic Development Regions and specific Boroughs of New York City: Central New York, Mohawk Valley, North Country, Southern Tier, Western New York, Staten Island, Bronx and Brooklyn.
