Renovate Crawford Science Laboratories, PH 1, Building 16Description: The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of Mechanical equipment within Whipple Hall and the Central Heating Plant. The work includes, abatement, demolition of existing equipment piping and duct work, new mechanical equipment, electrical connections, piping and duct work. Plans will be available after July 1, 2024 through Dataflow, Inc. (518-463-2192 & https://www.godataflow.com/ ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for July 16, 2024 at 10:00a.m., meeting at the main lobby of Crawford Hall. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website (https://www.sucf.suny.edu/) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
