Hepatitis-Endocrinology & Therapeutic Drug TestingDescription: 4.10.25 - OMH issues IFB OMH01-C202576-3650454 The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Nathan Kline Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), all diagnostic test kits required for Serology and Therapeutic Drug of Abuse testing on a reagent-rental basis. In exchange for the lab purchasing these test kits, the vendor will provide ALL other materials required for testing. For quality control purposes, the laboratory operates five days per week one shift (excludes State Holidays). Calibrations are required minimally once per month. In addition to providing and maintaining the analyzers, the vendor will be responsible for all consumables, disposables, instrument parts, and any other items directly required for the testing. The Program Work Plan with Materials, Mandatory Specifications, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. There is an Optional site visit scheduled for Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 1p ET. Questions from bidders are to be submitted by Thursday, May 22 by 3p ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by Thursday, May 29. Bids are due no later than 3p ET on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
