11.6.24 - OMH issues IFB: OMH01-C202494-3650300 for  Snow Removal 

The NYS Office of Mental Health’s CDPC is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Snow Removal (plowing & salting), for their facility located at: 75 New Scotland Rd., Albany, NY 12208

CDPC invites Contractors to submit a proposal for Snow Removal (Plowing) and Salting Services for the 2024-25, 2025-26 winter seasons.

Scope of work includes:
Front Entrance way, sidewalks, and roadway from New Scotland Ave, plus a 60,120 sq. ft paved parking lot and entrance from Myrtle Ave. that provides 230 spaces.
All exterior stairways and sidewalks must be kept clear. 

The Program Work Plan is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. 

A Mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 1p ET . Directions are available at the OMH website http://www.omh.ny.gov – type “directions” at search option, hit go.  Interested bidders are to sign in at the front desk, the meeting will  be in the Work Control Conference Rm. at: 75 New Scotland Rd., Albany, NY 12208 . Only those vendors who attend will be eligible to bid.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, November 21 by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be posted to the NY CR Ad, as well as sent to all bidders attending the site visit by November, 28, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3 PM ET on Thursday, December 5, 2024.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at:  MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
