1-year Continuity of Icometrix Software


Description:

Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) is seeking a vendor to provide AI solutions for brain disorders with a 1-year Continuity Software of Icometrix Icobrain that allows attending physicians to examine structural neuro-images with MRI or CT Equipment.  The images produced in either setting are available to show lesions of the brain that may cause cognitive issues.  The ability to detect such conditions at an earlier time will allow patients to achieve a higher quality of life compared to the use of other methods and software used for the same intent.  The software must be FDA-cleared and CE-marked medical device software that can be easily added to your standard brain scan protocol.  The software’s measured volumes are compared to an age-and sex-matched reference database to help physicians in the assessment of neurological conditions such as:

  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Dementia
  • Epilepsy
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Stroke

Mandatory Minimum Requirements:

  • Software Updates, Upgrades, and Enabling Hardware
  • Unlimited icobrain MRI reports (ms, dm, ep, & tbi)
  • Unlimited icobrain CT reports (dm, tbi, & cva)
  • Unlimited icolung CT reports
  • Vendor must be able to provide software updates and patches.
  • Parts, labor, travel and software are to be included.

Other Requirements:

Credentialing - Hospital’s Vendor Credentialing System: Contractor acknowledges that Hospital utilizes a healthcare vendor credentialing services system to ensure that Contractor’s representatives entering Hospital premises or providing services impacting patient care have reviewed Hospital policies, have the appropriate training and/or certification and have the proper immunization required to access patient care areas. Contractor acknowledges that the services provided under this Agreement require registration of Hospital’s credentialing system.  Contractor shall be required, at its sole cost and expense, to register with Hospital’s current credentialing system and ensure its representatives provide all required information.
