Replace Walters Hall Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchanger

Description:

The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) seeks a Contractor to replace our steam to domestic water heaters.  The two steam to domestic hot water heat exchangers that serve Walters Hall shall be replaced. One of the heat exchangers is scaled and fouled beyond repair and has not functioned for years.  The second heat exchanger was descaled approximately one year ago but it is badly clogged with scale again, limiting hot water.  Descaling procedures are proving non-effective and heat exchanger walls are damaged.
