Preventive Maintenance of Boilers and Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health and Bronx Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Boilers and Ancillary Equipment at Bronx Psychiatric Center located at 1500 Waters Pl, Bronx, NY 10461.

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate.  Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information.  Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST.    Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance.  Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than December 2, 2024, at 3:00 PM EST. 

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, December 10, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on December 17, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Friday, December 27, 2024.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at:  MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
